Urban Pulse served as a subcontractor working on the development of the SWOT Analysis for the Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) for the Atlanta Regional Commission.

Urban Pulse developed a comprehensive development map outlining active development projects in District 1 of the City of South Fulton.  Project also included a District 1 demographic profile.

While the Director of Economic Development for the City of South Fulton, oversaw the development of Two Tax Allocation District Redevelopment plans in the City.

As the Director of the Economic Development Department, Urban Pulse President and CEO served as the Project Manger for the City's First Economic Development Strategic Plan.

As the Main Street Manager, Urban Pulse President & CEO worked with the Community Development Department and Carl Vinson Institute of Government to develop the Villa Rica Downtown Master Plan
